We are looking for rockstar Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our rocket ship and help take us to the next level!

As a Sales Development Representative at Aiva, you will help us seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with prospective customers, learning about their business, and educating them about our platform.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone that:

  • Loves speaking to potential customers and learning about their problems and challenges
  • Loves educating potential customers about how technology can help solve their problems
  • Can communicate effectively with prospective clients across the United States and Canada
  • Eager to work in an entrepreneurial environment and help drive innovation
  • Has a skeptical eye of the status quo and is continuously finding ways to improve repeated tasks and processes
  • Has experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative at a SaaS (software-as-a-service) company

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of our platform and how it helps real estate agents succeed
  • Qualify leads from a variety of our marketing campaigns into sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails and present our platform
  • Identify client needs and walk them through how our platform can help them
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and our Account Executives
  • Report to the Sales Manager on weekly/monthly/quarterly activity and performance
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and services in the real estate industry

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a SDR at a tech or SaaS product company (or equivalent)
  • Proven work experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple outbound sales techniques including cold calls and emails
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, you can explain complex issues in simple terms
  • Ability to easily build rapport with a wide variety of customer personalities
  • Great problem solving skills, taking a consultative approach to help potential customers find the best solution to their problem
  • Understanding of or experience with residential real estate or real estate marketing is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
