We are looking for rockstar Account Executives to join our rocket ship and help take us to the next level!

As an Account Executive at Aiva, you will help drive our growth by conducting demos, educating potential customers about our service, and onboarding new customers on to our platform and set them up for success.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone that:

  • Loves speaking to potential customers and learning about their problems and challenges
  • Eager to work in an entrepreneurial environment and help drive innovation
  • Has a skeptical eye of the status quo and is continuously finding ways to improve repeated tasks and processes
  • Loves educating customers about various product features and is eager to help customers succeed
  • Is extremely detail oriented and needs to triple check everything to eliminate any chance of human error
  • Has a strong command of professional written english and can communicate effectively with clients across North America
  • Has experience as an account manager or account executive at a SaaS (software as a service) product

Responsibilities

  • Develop a proficient understanding of our platform and how it can help real estate agents succeed
  • Manage inbound demand across a variety of channels including email, phone, and chat
  • Conduct several dozen demos of our platform each week to prospective customers
  • Identify patterns and trends in customer conversations to help us improve our processes and product to better solve customer needs
  • Onboard new customers onto our platform and ensure successful implementation of our platform into customers' workflows
  • Comfortable working with a conversion rate target and new accounts added goal

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a SDR, AE, AM, or CSM a tech or SaaS product company (or equivalent)
  • Ability to easily build rapport with a wide variety of customer personalities
  • Great problem solving skills, taking a consultative approach to help our customers find the best solution to their problem
  • Taking a process oriented approach to problem solving and love documenting learnings to teach others
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, you can explain complex issues in simple terms
  • Understanding of or experience with residential real estate or real estate marketing is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
